Beswicks Sports fill gap for Northants
Lou Vincent has taken over as Northants overseas player for a short stint in the 20/20 after Beswicks Sports helped them bridge the gap at short notice.
The hard-hitting Kiwi batsman was snapped up by Northants coach David Capel after being alerted to his availability by Beswicks Sports.
Beswicks Sports cricket agent Darren Long said: “David was on the lookout for an overseas player within the week but had given up due to work permit issues but Lou is living permanently in England now and fitted the bill perfectly.”
David Capel said: “I am looking forward to including Lou in the team. He brings enormous expertise and experience to the squad and is a very exciting and productive T20 cricketer.”
