As a FA Licensed Player’s agent and with a degree in sports science, Darren’s career includes two seasons as a Cricket Development Officer for the Australian Cricket Board in addition to working as Head Coach and captain of first grade side North Canberra at the age of 23.

He has also played minor counties cricket for Cheshire and has captained two ECB Premier League winning teams and the League Cricket Conference for whom he played against Sri Lanka. He worked as a sports journalist for the Northcliffe Group for five years prior to joining Beswicks.

Darren builds on his media and sports experience in managing the affairs of sports professionals, including securing placements and negotiating contracts.
