Nick is an experienced negotiator of corporate and commercial agreements in a variety of sports. His work has included corporate/commercial work for individuals, clubs and investors both domestically and internationally. He also advises on funding, regulation and governance as well as advising on employment/transfer issues for players, managers and clubs.
Barry is one of the most prominent football agents working in North America, having over two decades of experience. Beyond his involvement in brokering hundreds of international transfers, Barry has an extensive background in the game as a coach, executive and columnist. Barry presides over all Beswicks Sports business in North America including player management, consulting and international matches.
Tim is a sports lawyer with many years' experience advising on sports related contractual, commercial and regulatory issues and provides sound advice in all these to a broad international client base. He is responsible for our European relationships and his commercial and regulatory knowledge in player trading coupled with his immigration and visa advice is a great advantage to our clients.
Stephen has a background in the entertainment industry guiding the careers of the likes of The Charlatans, Peter Hook, The Chameleons, Oceanic and Dario G and 2014 Oscar and BAFTA nominated film Director Mark L Gill. He is involved in all aspects of Beswicks Sports from client recruitment and retention to website development and design and commercial contracts.
Jon is a vastly experienced agent who has overseen numerous high-profile deals for footballers across the globe. He oversees the North American aspect of the Beswicks Sports UK business, whilst managing footballers domestically and worldwide.
Darren has more than a decade’s experience in the sports industry with Beswicks representing numerous high-profile footballers and cricketers. Darren, a former journalist, oversees the cricket department in addition to his work in football and is the company operations manager.
Sam has been a licensed agent at Beswicks Sports since January 2013 and plays an active role in player recruitment worldwide. His knowledge and experience of the US football industry also enables Sam to help effectively manage the link between the North American & UK offices.
Tom is a corporate/commercial lawyer who acts for the full range of clients, from professional clubs and sportspeople to private equity investors looking to break into sport. His commercial and straight-forward approach, along with his passion for sport and understanding of the commercial potential for professional sportspeople is of great benefit to our clients.
George has experience in all tiers of soccer in North America, completing lengthy internships with Orlando City in both the MLS and USL as well as working with K-W United FC in the PDL. He also spent time working at Stoke City in the English Premier League to expand his knowledge of different sporting environments. He is a business management graduate and a passionate sportsman.
Kyle is a former BIG 10 standout player at Ohio State University where he was a part of 2 BIG 10 championship teams. He received his business degree from the prestigious Fisher College of Business. Kyle has gone on to secure experience while working at the USSF, Chicago Fire and Toyota Park.
